The UltraTech Gorilla Berm provides strong, flexible containment for spills and leaks, even when used with heavy machinery. Its modular design allows you to create a containment area that matches your site requirements.You can easily adjust the Gorilla Berm’s size and layout to fit your specific operational needs. The berm is built with polymer-coated triangular foam supports, giving structure and stability to its sidewalls. A 22 oz. anti-skid vinyl cover enhances traction and safety for vehicles driving in and out of the containment area. Optional rebar slots in the foam supports allow you to add extra stability when needed.

Modular Spill Containment Berm Details
The UltraTech Modular Gorilla Spill Berm adapts to nearly any size or layout to meet your spill containment requirements. Its sidewalls use six-foot-long polymer-coated foam support blocks that provide structure and stability. Corner support blocks are purpose-built to maintain the integrity of the berm structure. A 22 oz. anti-skid vinyl PVC liner covers the entire structure, adding protection and surface traction. Each triangular support block measures 72" long by 16" wide by 6" high and includes molded slots for optional rebar reinforcement. Rebar is not included. We recommend #9 rebar (1-inch diameter) for added anchoring when required. The Modular Gorilla Spill Berm allows vehicles and equipment to drive in and out without adjusting or removing the sidewalls. No manual wall adjustments are needed for vehicle or equipment access.

UltraTech Gorilla Modular Spill Berm Applications
The Modular Gorilla Spill Berm offers flexible, reusable spill containment for a wide range of job sites. It supports the movement of heavy vehicles and equipment with ease, allowing drive-in and drive-out access. The modular design allows you to adjust and reuse the berm across multiple sites or spill containment scenarios such as:

PROCEDURE FOR BERM DEPLOYMENT:
- STEP1: Select a level area and be sure that ground is swept clean of debris and sharp objects. The use of a ground cloth is recommended to prevent puncturing from underneath the Berm.
- STEP2: Place the folded material at the setup location. Do not drag material. Unfold material and position as desired. If tread protectors are being used, place these in the unit at this time.
- STEP3: Place support blocks around perimeter of the material approximately 2-feet in from the edge.
- STEP 4: Use corner support blocks (Part# 8731), where appropriate to join sidewall sections together.
- STEP 5: Place #9 rebar (1" dia.) in top slots in foam support blocks around perimeter of Berm. (NOTE: Rebar pieces in corner support blocks should be arranged so they do NOT cross on top of each other.)
UltraTech Gorilla Berm FAQs
Rebar is recommended to support the block structure of the Ultra Modular 'Gorilla' Spill Containment Berm. The molded slots on the top of the triangular support blocks are shaped to hold the #9 rebar with a 1-inch diameter. Rebar is not included in your purchase of the spill containment berm, but we recommend having the rebar.
We have complete Gorilla Modular spill containment systems fully available in the dimensions listed. These systems include support blocks, four support block corners, and a liner.
