Collapsible Spill Containment Spill Berm Details
The Stake Wall Model collapsible spill containment berm provides portable spill and leak control for 55-gallon drums, IBC totes, frac tanks, equipment, and vehicles. Flexible polyurethane stakes in the sidewalls automatically spring back into place after bending, allowing vehicles to drive in and out without damaging the structure. Vertical supports are spaced every 12 inches and feature a built-in "living hinge" that allows the sidewalls to collapse and return upright. No setup is required. Simply unfold the berm and the sidewalls will spring into position, ready for immediate use.
The UltraTech spill berm folds flat for easy transport between jobsites. Once deployed, it offers reliable containment for spills and leaks. Material specifications include an operating temperature range of Max 150°F to Min -20°F for PVC, and Max 160°F to Min -25°F for Copolymer 2000. Material weight is 25 oz./sq. yard for Copolymer 2000 and 22 oz./sq. yard for PVC. This drive-over spill containment berm helps maintain compliance with EPA Container Storage Regulation 40 CFR 264.175 and the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Act.
