Foam wall spill containment berms provide low profile, effective spill and leak containment for vehicles, oily equipment, machinery, 55-gallon drums, IBCs, and more. Made for smaller leaks and spills, the Foam Wall Model Spill Berm has 2-inch or 4-inch sidewalls made of durable foam, covered in either Copolymer 2000 or 22 oz. PVC material. There's no setup required. Simply unfold the spill containment berm and deploy it. Foam Wall Spill Berm Video
Drive-over spill containment berms allow you to easily enter and exit the spill berm in vehicles, machinery, and forklifts to store 55-gallon drums, IBCs, or broken pieces of equipment that need maintenance and repair. The Foam Wall Model spill berm is prefect for catching spills, leaks, and drips from machinery that is experiencing maintenance or repairs. The pliable, durable foam walls, compress when driven over, and the material that the spill berm is constructed from (either Copolymer 2000 or PVC) is rugged and keeps soil free from contamination. The Foam Wall Model drive-over spill berm keeps you in compliance with EPA Container Storage Regulation 40 CFR 264.175 and Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Act (SPCC). The foam sidewalls come in either 2-inch or 4-inch heights. The built-in handles allow for easy and accessible transport from location to location, and set-up is incredibly easy. Simply carry the folded spill containment berm by the handles to the desired location, place on a clean, flat surface, free of debris, unfold and begin using.

The Foam Wall Model Spill Berm can be used in many applications for spill containment, but it is especially useful as a drive-over or drive-through spill containment berm. Because of its shorter sidewalls, the Foam Wall Model is great for storing machinery that is undergoing maintenance or repairs. The Foam Wall spill berm can catch the little drips and leaks that may come out of your broken machinery. These leaks and drips matter and could cause you to be out of compliance with EPA regulations. The Foam Wall Model Spill Berm requires no rigorous setup. In your desired location, make sure the ground is flat and free of debris. Sweep the ground clear to anything could harm, tear, or puncture the spill berm. Simply unfold the spill containment berm for quick deployment on your jobsite.

What if I don't see the chemical that I need to contain listed on your chemical compatibility guide?
If you don't see the chemical you're looking for listed on the chemical compatibility guide, then it has not been tested with our material. However, you can always give us a call, and we will work with our staff and knowledgeable personnel to provide you with answers. Additionally, we may be able to send you a testing kit for a 30-day immersion test of the chemical.
Using accessories with your spill containment berm is a great way to extend the life of your compliance tool and help your budget. If you're able to keep using the drive-over spill berm that you purchased for many spill containment projects, then over time you'll save money and you'll stay in compliance. The additional accessories we recommend are the ground cloth, track belts, and repair kit. The Ground Cloth will go underneath your spill containment berm and keep it safe from anything that might harm the bottom of it. The Track Belts are made from durable reinforced PVC fabric and take the brunt of the vehicular traffic wear and tear that comes from tires. The Repair Kit is essential if you find yourself with a damaged spill berm. You won't want to be without it if you need to repair a tear.
