The Ultra Berm Builder lets you create a custom spill containment area around fixed or heavy equipment. Use it to form a barrier directly on your facility floor, ideal for machinery that cannot be moved. The Ultra Berm Builder and Ultra Berm Builder Plus help contain leaks, drips, and spills to protect your workspace and support compliance. Installation is simple with adhesive and sealant included. This system offers a flexible solution for manufacturing floors, warehouses, and maintenance shops.
Ultra Berm Builder Details
Ultra Berm Builder and Ultra Berm Builder Plus provide spill containment solutions for large, heavy, or stationary equipment. Both options create a barrier that helps protect your facility from leaks and spills around hard-to-move machinery.
Ultra Berm Builder (Standard Model)
The Ultra Berm Builder is constructed from cut-to-length vinyl covering an open-cell foam core. The berm is secured directly to the floor with sealant, and seams are finished using a vinyl adhesive. This model is suitable for areas with light equipment traffic and can be stepped on or crossed with smaller machinery.
Ultra Berm Builder Plus
The Ultra Berm Builder Plus also features an open-cell foam core wrapped in vinyl. In addition to sealant, it includes pre-drilled aluminum mounting strips and steel anchors for added strength. This version is designed for environments with heavy foot traffic, forklift use, and vehicle crossings. It offers a more permanent installation for demanding workspaces. The Plus model includes mounting strips and steel anchors; sealant is sold separately.

Spill Containment Barriers FAQs
While the Ultra Berm Builder and Ultra Berm Builder Plus are meant to be more of a permanent spill containment berm area, it can be removed if you'd like to remove it. The standard Ultra Berm Builder can be removed with a flat-bladed shovel. The Ultra Berm Builder Plus can be removed by first removing the screws in the mounting strips and then using a flat-bladed shovel to remove the vinyl portion of the berm.
You can use the Ultra Berm Builder and Ultra Berm Builder Plus on flat, hard surfaces that are smooth and free of obstructions. Usually this concrete, asphalt, and most sealed areas.
