Ultra Grate Guard Details
Grate guard protection tools keep you in compliance with the large pollutants that can plague storm water drains. A drain grate cover will slip seamlessly over a catch basin's grating, allowing easy installation without you having to remove the heavy grating. Two models that the grate guard comes in is a sediment only model and an oil and sediment model. The oil and sediment model can filter sediment, debris, and hydrocarbons with the addition of an absorbent pillow that will fit beneath the drain grate. Dimensions for the storm grate filter include 18" x 24" x 4", 24" x 36" x 4", 24" x 48" x 4". To remove the excess sediment and debris from the grate guard simply use a shovel or broom.
